Condition Care Resources

For those with special conditions, our Centers of Excellence (COE) network is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support. Whether you’re seeking a doctor, medical center, or understanding of your illness, our COEs are here to complement local hospital and physician care.

Discover the benefits of our COEs, which may include:

  • Higher rates of accurate diagnoses and tailored therapy.
  • Reduced complications during treatment.
  • Care thoughtfully planned and coordinated by a team of experts.
  • Enhanced survival rates, shorter hospital stays, and decreased costs.
  • Access to expanded treatment options.

We prioritize your well-being, ensuring you have access to the specialized care you need, precisely when you need it.

The Centers of Excellence (COE) program providers and medical centers are independent contractors who render care and treatment to health plan members. The COE program does not provide direct healthcare services or practice medicine, and the COE providers and medical centers are solely responsible for medical judgments and related treatments. The COE program is not liable for any act or omission, including negligence, committed by any independent contracted healthcare professional or medical center.
